New tackle from Isabelle Balkany: she attacks Emmanuel Macron: Current Woman The MAG

Isabelle Balkany is not her first outburst on social media. On December 9, 2020, she posted on Twitter the former mayor of Levallois-Perret, a cigarette in his mouth after being hospitalized again. The photo had generated several hundred comments. With a wealth of 23,000 subscribers, the ex-journalist had fun, this time, lambasting the President of the Republic himself. In a first tweet, on December 26, at midday, Isabelle Balkany criticized her for the lack of wishes for the end of the year celebrations. She writes : "The suddenly sidereal silence of the presidential "communication", usually so prolix, during these Christmas celebrations, shocked me, the non-Christian …". To illustrate her remarks, already accusatory, she allows herself the leisure of a photomontage. We see Emmanuel Macron, smiling, covered with a Santa hat.

Emmanuel Macron has he really forgotten the French?

The case could have ended there, but the former deputy mayor of Levallois-Perret decided to take her digital pen and outbid her own post. "Do not wish them a Merry Christmas, a form of "social distancing" with the French" she also notes.

Isabelle Balkany, however, was mistaken when she said that the government had not issued wishes to the French. In fact, on the evening of December 24, through a press release written by the Elysee Palace, the president did send a rather discreet message to the entire French population. "Happy holidays to the French, in this very special period and knows how to count on each and everyone to stand together in the face of the Covid-19 virus" can we read there. The statement also reassures the state of health of Emmanuel Macron, who tested positive for Covid-19 on December 17, 2020: The head of state "no longer shows symptoms".

Since its publication, Isabelle Balkany has not made her mea culpa.
