News tip Call of Duty Warzone & MW3: A free skin for the return of Rebirth Island!
It’s been expected for a while now, but Rebirth Island will return to Warzone in a few days and we can tell you that fans are impatiently waiting for it. So to celebrate, Activision is giving everyone a free WSMP Swarm skin!
As we just told you, Rebirth Island will make its return to Warzone 3 and it is highly anticipated. The last time we could play on this map was in November 2022, about a year and a half ago, a wait that was long for many players.
Except that it’s official, Rebirth Island will be back in the pool of cards available for the launch of season 3! Good news which does not come alone since on Twitter, the official account made a second announcement on this subject.

To celebrate the return of this iconic map from Resurgence mode, players will be offered a free skin for the WSMP Swarm. The good news is that the procedure to follow to obtain this skin is very simple and you will only need a Twitter account.
In fact, all you have to do is respond to the tweet given to you above by simply indicating your Activision ID, as well as #REBIRTHDAY. To find this ID, nothing complicated, go to the Activision website, log in and in the “Personal Information” part of your account you will find it.
Is this skin also available on Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Mobile?
Once all this is done, all you have to do is wait for the launch of season 3 which will take place on April 3. It will probably be around 7 p.m. if we rely on the usual time of game updates on the Activision/Blizzard side.
You will then just have to log in to be able to enjoy this skin on Warzone, but not only that! Indeed, Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 having shared progression, you can also get your hands on this WSMP Swarm “Caked Up” skin in the multiplayer part of the game!
But then, will this also be the case for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile which has just been released? Well, for now, It’s impossible to tell you that this will be 100% the case. Indeed, there has been no official confirmation that this would be the case.
However, the WSMP Swarm is indeed one of the weapons that you will be able to find in Warzone Mobile. Additionally, progress is meant to be shared with other titles. Since then, there is still a good chance that you will be able to enjoy this skin on the mobile versionalthough you may still need to connect to the console/PC version first to receive it.
