Where to start the Desert Treasure quest on Last Epoch?
Let’s start by telling you that to come across this Desert Treasure quest in Last Epoch, you will have to be in the Maj’elka region and all this during the Divine Era. These two conditions will be met during act 9 of the game.
At this point, you will have to cross the desert which separates your arrival point in the region from the town of Maj’elka itself. You will thus arrive in the area which will interest us more particularly here, that of the radiant Dune!
Once you’re here, you’ll be looking to head east as soon as possible. You will thus fall in front of the entrance to the cave as you see below. It is important to note that until you find the entrance, the quest does not begin.
Then enter the cave and you will have a few enemies to defeat before a boss fight. Once he is defeated, he drops a curious artifact that you don’t know what to do with. For now, there is nothing more to do, and you can take the road to Maj’elka.
Head to Maj’elka for the sequel to Treasure of the Desert
Once you arrive in town, you will be treated to a cutscene after crossing the bridge and once this is over, you will arrive in the central square of Maj’elka. There, talk to the merchant and tell him about the relic. He then takes you for a grave robber.
He then tells you that he cannot help you, but that he knows a fence in the slums of the city. So take the direction of these and be careful because they are anything but secure and you will have to fight your way through with the strength of your weapons.
Head south first, then when you can’t anymore, head east. You will come across a closed door guarded by a Scaledness guard. He asks you for 100,000 gold coins to pass, refuse and a fight begins. Once defeated, you will be able to pass.
Continue heading east until you come across the receiver’s hideout. The latter makes you a first offer of 5,000 gold coins, but you will be able to bargain and get 20,000 coins from it. If you ask for more, the receiver will refuse to buy the item from you.
