(CercleFinance.com) – Carrefour is joining forces with Nexity to carry out the upgrading of 76 sites spread throughout France.
These transformation projects affect all Carrefour store formats (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores).
‘This long-term partnership will enable Carrefour and Nexity to develop mixed programs with high environmental performance, welcoming housing, service residences, shops, offices or hotels’ indicates the group.
The 76 sites represent approximately 800,000 m2 and their development should allow the creation of 12,000 housing units, 120,000 m2 of shops, including the reconstruction of certain stores, 10,000 m2 of offices and activities and 17,000 m2 of hotels.
