(Boursier.com) — NFL Biosciences launches a fundraising of around 3 million euros through a capital increase. The operation will be carried out as part of a global offer including an offer reserved for professional investors and a public offer intended for individual investors via the PrimaryBid platform.
The PrimaryBid offer closes on April 11, at 10 p.m. The offer reserved for professional investors ends on April 12, before the markets open (subject to early closing).
The subscription price for the new shares is set at 2.05 euros per share, reflecting a discount of 20.23% compared to the closing price of the NFL Biosciences share on April 11 (2.57 euros).
NFL Biosciences will announce the outcome of the global offering as soon as possible, following closing of the book under the reserved offering. The settlement and delivery of the new ordinary shares and their admission to trading on the Euronext Growth Paris market are scheduled for April 16.
