What is this Xiaomi smartphone?
The 12X is a smartphone from the Xiaomi 12 range, thinner and more compact than its companions. Its dimensions of 15.27 × 6.99 × 0.81 cm and its weight of 176 g make it easy to handle and pleasant once in hand. Xiaomi does not sacrifice anything in the design of its smartphone, and offers a quality device with very good finishes, apart from its photo module which is a little too large to be elegant.
The Xiaomi 12X incorporates a 6.28-inch AMOLED screen in Full HD + offers a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels, and is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10 +. Its 120 Hz refresh rate provides the fluidity needed to run apps and games without worry. Although the screen offers colors that are too cold, the contrast and brightness are excellent and the panel is perfectly readable, even in direct sunlight.

This 5G-capable chip offers great performance and allows the 12X to run games, multiple apps at the same time, or stream content without latency. On the photo side, it takes up the photo block of the 12 and features a 50-megapixel main lens, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. Without being the best photophone on the market, the shots are of good quality in bright light, but unfortunately less usable in low light.
