Ninja launches an adjustable temperature kettle. Available in black and stainless steel, respectively under the references KT200EU and KT201EU, it promises particularly fast heating thanks to a power of 3000 W.
Ninja’s offer extends a little more in France. After multicookers, oil-free fryers and blenders, the American specialist in small kitchen equipment is launching a first kettle. Under the reference KT200EU in its black version, it is available in a stainless steel version under the reference KT201EU and thus completes the manufacturer’s “breakfast” range. We also find in the latter the Ninja JC100EU juice extractor – a coffee maker was once offered under the reference CF060EU, but it is currently out of stock.
3000 W to heat between 40 and 100°C
With a classic appearance, the Ninja KT200EU kettle prefers sobriety to the vintage and colorful look adopted by the KitchenAid 5KEK1522 and the SMEG KLF04, for example. If its capacity of 1.7 liters is not much more original, its power of 3000 W is already less common. In comparison, the two models mentioned earlier are among the most powerful in our comparison, with 2400 W. According to Ninja, this power should allow the KT200EU to boil a cup of water in less than 50 seconds.

Ninja’s kettle also has the advantage of offering different temperature settings. Six shortcuts are provided for tea (60, 70, 80 and 90°C), coffee (95°C) and boil (100°C), in addition to a manual mode allowing a setting at 5°C nearly between 40 and 100°C. Finally, the KT200EU also offers a keep warm function supposed to keep the water at the chosen temperature for 30 minutes, as well as an automatic standby function; the control panel turns off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Ninja’s adjustable temperature kettle is now available at the recommended retail price of €129.99, regardless of the version: black (KT200EU) or stainless steel (KT201EU). The price is therefore rather high for a kettle, but we will not fail to test it to see if it is really justified.
