“Quatsch Comedy” is back – this time with host Tahnee. From mid-April, ProSieben will start its new comedy show series on Wednesdays.

A fresh comedy format on ProSieben promises new nonsense at a high comedy level. After “TV Total”, comedy queen Tahnee (31) and Khalid Bounouar (34) invite you to the new “Quatsch Comedy Show” every Wednesday from April 17th at 9:25 p.m. The show series is a playground for prominent colleagues from the comedy industry. At the same time, promising newcomers on the “Quatsch Comedy” stage have the chance to inspire the audience in the long term.

From C like Cindy to M like Mittermeier

The guest list of the moderator duo is peppered with big names. Among others, Chris Tall, Cindy from Marzahn, Ralf Schmitz, Mirja Boes, Guido Cantz, Abdelkarim, Mirja Regensburg, Michael Mittermeier, Ana Lucia, Sascha Grammel, Lisa Feller and Simon Pearce have worked for them Comedy show confirmed. The two Berlin greats Ingmar Stadelmann and Ilka Bessin also have their own comedy section.

Third comedy reboot since the beginning of the year

After “Rent a Comedian” and “Bratwurst & Baklava,” ProSieben is sending the third restart of its comedy series into the TV race on Wednesday. Tahnee, who is considered Germany’s best Helene Fischer double, looks forward to the show with two smiling eyes: “I’m happy that nonsense is coming back to TV. Especially in these times there is so much going on and so much heaviness everywhere and in people’s hearts. I think we can all use a little nonsense.” And show partner Khalid Bounouar adds: “Life is unbearable without nonsense. This is therapy. We need nonsense. And together with Tahnee you can simply be crazy.”

“Nonsense Comedy” – a big name

For Germany’s comedy fans, the “Quatsch Comedy” seal has stood for innovation and quality in the humor segment for decades. The original “Quatsch Comedy Club” was created in Hamburg in 1992 under the direction of Thomas Hermanns (61) – at that time it was still purely a stage show. From 1997 onwards, the format set standards for German comedy on TV and triggered a wave of humor that continues to this day. Greats like Mittermeier, Ingo Appelt and Rüdiger Hoffmann made comedy socially acceptable on German TV and attracted millions of viewers for years.
