During all this time, Stacey Davis went shopping, then took a walk in a park before returning home without even hearing from her son. It was only 30 minutes after her arrival that she realized that the child was unconscious. He was taken to the emergency room and eventually died. The autopsy revealed that the baby suffered a 15 centimeter skull fracture. The causes of his death, however, have not yet been determined.

According to the lawyer for the mother of the family, the latter would have been afraid that Ethan would be taken from her if she had taken him to the hospital. Indeed, this scenario had already occurred when the baby had suffered an inexplicable fracture of the leg. Regarding the skull, Stacey Davis assured that her son had fallen and was injured. The autopsy also revealed a very high rate of cannabis in the child’s hairproving that his mother didn’t mind smoking drugs next to him.

Finally, it has also been proven that Stacey Davis had very quickly sold her little boy’s belongings on Facebook after his death. The young woman has thus put on sale a lot of clothes for babies aged 3 to 6 months, but also a more personal object: a piggy bank that most bereaved parents would nevertheless cherish.
