O2: Internet provider struggles with disruptions

Today, December 7th, there have been increasing disruptions at O2 since around 11 a.m. Customers of the Internet provider indicate in our fault report that they are primarily having problems with their Internet connection. Mobile communications and telephone connections also cause difficulties for some users.
