Oh breakdown tree! – Funny starting shot for the digital advent calendar

Even if the first snow fell yesterday, there is a lot of green to discover in winter – this and much more is what the digital Advent calendar of Kultur GmbH wants to show. It is presented by the “Krone” and started in advance with a funny art installation to participate.

The employees of OÖ Landes-Kultur GmbH did not have to be asked for long when the lockdown was announced and the opening of the new exhibition “Wintergrün” fell through. With a little creativity and a lot of motivation, the content of the show and much more on the topic of customs and Christmas time were converted into a digital Advent calendar. From December 1st there will be a daily video presented by the “Krone” – the filming is already in full swing! The viewers will get an insight into the work of the local Christmas tree builders, including those among the viewers, from the comfort of their own home there will be a raffle for five trees. You shouldn’t miss the Christmas singing with Marlene Kerschreiter on the Styrian harmonica and Andrea Langer on the cello or a discussion on Christmas between museum director Alfred Weidinger – and a robot. The short articles also explain the importance of the color green for our Advent season and why our German neighbors value kale at this time. And surprise guests will also appear in this special Advent calendarJGIn the “Krone” you will find daily information on the content of the current window. The contributions can be accessed on the website www.ooekultur.at and on the social media channels of Landes-Kultur GmbH .
