OKwind: partial exercise of the over-allotment option

(Boursier.com) — OKwind group, a specialist in self-consumption of renewable energy, announces the end of the stabilization period and the partial exercise by Portzamparc of the over-allotment option up to 83.3%, as part of its IPO on Euronext Growth in Paris (ISIN code: FR0013439627 – Mnemonic: ALOKW). This operation gives rise to the issue of 30,810 new ordinary shares at the offer price of 10.81 euros, i.e. a total amount of 0.3 million euros, bringing the size of the offer to 20.5 million euros. As a result, the free float now represents approximately 21.34% of the share capital of the OKWind Group. The number of shares offered within the framework of the initial public offering amounts to 1,897,345 shares, including 1,757,466 new shares and 139,879 shares transferred.
