(CercleFinance.com) – Natixis, acting on behalf of Eagle Football Holdings Bidco Limited, has filed with the AMF the draft simplified tender offer (OPAS) -announced on June 20, 2022- targeting the shares OL Groupe, whose listing resumes on June 23.
The initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire at a unit price of three euros all of the 17,610,237 existing shares that it does not hold, representing 10.24% of the capital of the football club, but does not intend to implement a squeeze-out.
Eagle Football Holdings Bidco Limited also intends, until the opening date of the offer, to acquire OL Groupe shares up to a limit of 5,283,071 shares, on the basis of an order denominated at the offer price.
