Ola unveils its first electric car

Ola Electric is an Indian company created in 2017 and specialized in the design of electric two-wheelers. The brand had notably unveiled its S1 and S1 Pro scooters during the summer of 2021, displayed at only 1,100 and 1,500 euros.

Today, the company reaffirms its ambition to move from two to four wheels by formalizing a 100% electric car project. Its CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, has indeed posted an image on Twitter which reveals a concept that is futuristic to say the least.

There is a vehicle with an atypical look, with a huge curved windshield, an LED bar at the front, aerodynamic rims and a total absence of door handles. Whether this will soon lead to a production vehicle remains to be seen. Remember that Ola Electric is preparing its arrival in Europe for 2023.

2021 retrospective: electric cars in the spotlight

The end of the commercialization of thermal engines, gasoline and diesel, is announced for 2035 in France. This government announcement follows the global trend: many countries have already announced the death of diesel and gasoline.
