The monster is found: Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” will be played by a rather unknown Mime Charles Manson.

Perhaps the most exciting decision on Quentin Tarantino’s (55) next film “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” has fallen. The still relatively unknown Australian actor Damon Herriman (48) will slip into the skin of the beast Charles Manson. This is reported by the American side “Entertainment Weekly” . In purely visual terms, this decision can certainly be understood.

Herriman is best known for his role in the series “Justified” alongside Timothy Olyphant (50). And in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, ” the two will stand together in front of the camera. In 2011, Herriman also had a mini-role in the series “Breaking Bad”. Overall, however, he looks back on an internationally rather contemplative career – which can change after the casting as a villain in a Tarantino film known fast. Christoph Waltz (61) sends his regards.

These stars are there

Recently the “Westworld” stars James Marsden (44) and Clifton Collins (48) as well as “Homeland” -Mime Damian Lewis (47) and Lena Dunham (32) came to the well-known occupation. The sometimes biggest names are meanwhile longer fixed. Brad Pitt (54), Leonardo DiCaprio (43), Margot Robbie (28), Al Pacino (78) and Burt Reynolds (82) will form the legendary cast.

The film is to tell in the “Pulp Fiction” style stories from LA in the summer of 1969. The two main characters are Rick Dalton (DiCaprio), the former star of a Western series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt). Both are struggling to deal with a Hollywood that they no longer recognize. But Rick has a very famous neighbor: Sharon Tate (Robbie). The film launch is expected in the summer of 2019, Tarantino is led as a director, producer and screenwriter.
