I am also thinking of the 70,000 Group employees who, within our establishments, demonstrate an unlimited commitment to support and care in the best conditions for more than 250,000 patients or residents per year. In the accomplishment of this mission, the demand for quality has always been an essential and primordial dimension. This requirement is at the heart of ORPEA’s identity and development model. However, today it finds itself seriously challenged. The objective that guides each of my decisions is to guarantee, under the supervision of the Board of Directors and thanks in particular to the independent external evaluation missions which have already started, that the best practices are applied and monitored throughout the company.
