ORPEA SA (the “Company”) announces that its financial restructuring will continue on schedule and in this respect welcomes the convergence of its main banking partners on the principles of the agreement relating to the establishment of a additional financing and the adjustment of the June 2022 financing documentation.
These banking partners would participate in the implementation of this additional financing and in the development of the June 2022 financing documentation solely within the framework of the implementation of a plan proposed, as provided for by law, by the Company. and intended in particular for the group of long-term French investors led by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations including CNP Assurances, MAIF and MACSF, to hold 50.2% of the capital of the Company.
