(CercleFinance.com) – Orpea announces the sale of a portfolio of 22 establishments under development located in the Netherlands, intended to eventually accommodate 480 residents to Amvest Living & Care Fund for a total amount of 85 million euros .
This new sale and lease agreement, for an amount of 85 million euros, will bring to 75 the number of houses owned by Amvest and operated by its subsidiary Dagelijks Leven.
Dagelijks Leven has been developing for several years in the Netherlands an innovative concept of specialized care and accommodation for elderly people with cognitive disorders, within low capacity establishments (which can accommodate a maximum of 22 residents).
These houses, whose construction will be spread over 2023, 2024 and the first half of 2025, will be spread over the entire territory. The delivery of the first 2 properties in this portfolio, located in the cities of Culemborg and Hardenberg, was completed on August 10, 2023.
