The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 250 g orzo type pasta
  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes (400 g)
  • 125g chorizo
  • 2 shallots
  • 500 ml of broth
  • a little parmesan
  • a few basil leaves
  • oregano
  • olive oil

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Start by preparing the chorizo. Remove the skin from the chorizo ​​using the tip of a knife and cut into small pieces. To simplify cutting, start by cutting it into strips then into matchsticks. Peel and finely slice the shallots.
  2. Brown the shallots in a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. When the shallots are soft, add the chorizo ​​pieces and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
