(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of ECF Group Equity by PAI Partners.
ECF is active in the wholesale trade of equipment and non-food consumables for the hotel industry and professional care.
PAI Partners is a private equity firm that manages funds investing in business services, food, consumer products, industrials and healthcare.
The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not raise competition concerns, given its very limited impact on the structure of the market.
