Madmind Studio got noticed, negatively, with Agony, a horror game in Hell that promised mountains and wonders, but which turned out to be very disappointing, despite an uncensored version that has since been released. The studio also gave birth to the spin off Succubusa little better, but still not very convincing.
The developers will be back in the coming months with Paranoidunveiled in 2019 and which is still long overdue. The title will turn to slightly more psychological horrorwe will embody patrick, an outcast who receives a call from his sister, who has been missing for a dozen years. Unfortunately, the video of gameplay in the sewer recently unveiled is not very reassuringwith lagging graphics, stiff animations and questionable artificial intelligence…
Paranoid is normally expected sometime in 2023 on PC, if he is not pushed back by then to be improved, which would not hurt him! For the curious, Agony is at €11.32 on Amazon.
