Hotel heiress accuses boarding school of sexual abuse for the first time

Paris Hilton has opened up again about her time at boarding school. Now she accuses the facility of sexual abuse for the first time.
Paris Hilton (41) has renewed allegations of abuse against a boarding school she attended for about a year in the late 1990s. The hotel heiress first made the allegations against Provo Canyon School in Utah in September 2020 in her YouTube documentary “This Is Paris”. In February 2021, she also testified against the facility in court. She is said to have been emotionally, physically and psychologically abused by employees there as a teenager. In a video for the “New York Times” Hilton has now raised serious allegations again, which she also in several tweets affirmed.
She commented on something “I’ve never spoken about before,” she writes on Twitter. Paris Hilton has accused school staff of sexual abuse for the first time. “At the Provo Canyon School, I was woken up in the middle of the night by male employees who took me to a private room,” the 41-year-old describes her experience. They would have carried out “examinations on me”. “Since I was sleep deprived and on heavy medication, I didn’t understand what was happening. I was forced to lie down on a padded table, spread my legs and undergo an examination,” the allegations continue.

“This was a recurring experience not only for me but for other survivors as well,” Hilton said. “I was hurt and I cry as I write this because no one, especially a child, should be sexually abused. My childhood was stolen from me and it breaks me that this is still happening to other innocent children.” For her it is “important to talk about these painful moments so that I can heal and help put an end to this abuse”.
In an Instagram post Hilton is also urging Universal Health Services (UHS), which owns the facility, to “close Provo Canyon School by April 1, 2023.” Among other things, she shared several photos showing her at a demonstration against institutional child abuse.
