(CercleFinance.com) – Partouche announces that during the AGM on March 20, its shareholders will be able to vote on the distribution of a dividend in the amount of 3.08 million euros (i.e. 0.32 euro per share), payment of which will be made no later than July 31.
In its first financial quarter, the casino group recorded a turnover up 2% to 118.7 million euros, driven by hotel turnover (+19.4%), and a gross gaming revenue (GRP) almost stable (+0.7%) at 173.2 million.
Furthermore, Partouche announces that it is joining forces with Julien Manival (‘Bonne Compagnie’ group which has seven establishments in Occitanie) within a new structure, Must Group, specializing in the hospitality and entertainment sector.
