  1. Beat the whipped cream until stiff. Halve the passion fruit and remove the pulp from two halves with a teaspoon. Mix with quark, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped cream loosely.

  2. Pour the passion fruit curd into bowls or glasses, scoop out the flesh of the remaining two passion fruit halves and spread over the curd. Roughly chop the trail mix, spread over the quark and serve the dessert.
