(Boursier.com) – By letter received on December 21 at the AMF, the European company Eurazeo declared to have crossed indirectly downwards, on December 16, through the company LH Seqens SAS which it controls, the thresholds of 2/3, 50%, 1/3, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company PCAS. Eurazeo no longer owns PCAS shares, either directly or indirectly.
This threshold crossing results from the sale, on December 16, 2021, by LH Seqens SAS, of 61.88% of the capital and voting rights of Seqens Group Holding SAS, which holds indirectly, through its subsidiary held at 100% Seqens SAS, 11,607,652 PCAS shares representing 23,129,791 voting rights, i.e. 76.66% of the capital and 86.66% of the voting rights of the company.
