(CercleFinance.com) – After receiving an offer in early May, PCAS confirms that it has decided to sell its subsidiary PCAS Canada to the Japanese chemical group DIC Corporation, a sale for an enterprise value of 88.2 million euros .
The purchase offer was accepted by PCAS after authorization by its board of directors. The competent employee representative bodies have been informed and consulted beforehand, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
As the transaction is not subject to any condition precedent, the signature of the corresponding agreements by PCAS and DIC Corporation as well as the completion of the sale of PCAS Canada will take place in the coming days.
