Pedro and Jefferson were the last surviving couple from the seventh season of “Married at first sight” (M6). After Jefferson announced their breakup, Pedro also decided to speak out on social media.
Thunderbolt for fans of Married at first sight (M6): the last united couple of season 7, Pedro and Jefferson, broke up. It was first Jefferson who announced it in an Instagram post, this Friday, August 25. “We decided by mutual agreement to separate with Pedro a few days ago. It’s very recent”, he explains. The director of an insurance agency in Metz did not hide his disappointmentafter several months of sharing happy moments with her husband. “I would be lying to you if I told you that I was fine, I believed so strongly in this experiencebut you’re getting to know me: we keep smiling no matter what!” he continued. To recover from the breakup, Jefferson said he wanted to take time for himself: “I want to focus on sport, work, my projects, in short, the things that make me feel good right now.”

A few hours later, Pedro also explained himself at length on his Instagram account. “As Jefferson announced to you, we have decided by mutual agreement to separate”, he says. The couple, 79% compatible on the show, did not survive the summer according to him. “It seems that the remaining 21% (…) got the better of us, despite our smiles regularly displayed on social networks”, he observes. So, for the show’s first gay couple, “the path ends there.” For Pedro, this break “is not a pleasant moment, neither for him nor for me.
