(Boursier.com) — The biopharmaceutical company Pharnext SCA has just completed a fundraising of 1 million euros through the issue of OCEANEBSA, with a nominal value of 1 ME subscribed by Global Tech Opportunities 13.
The issue of OCEANE-BSA announced on July 13 gives rise to the issue of 18,552,875 BSA and could give rise to the creation of 268,552,875 new shares based on the last listed price.
The issue is dilutive. The participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the capital prior to this new drawing would be 0.48%.
Before the drawdown announced today, the issue of OCEANE-BSA raised 32.1 ME, and gave rise to the creation of 26,067,630,426 new shares. It could still give rise to the creation of 91,893,773 new shares based on the last quoted price. The participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the capital prior to these drawdowns is now less than 0.001%.
