PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The automotive supplier Plastic Omnium announced on Monday that it has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Actia Power, the division dedicated to the electrification of vehicles of the French group Actia, on the basis of an enterprise value of 52.5 million euros. As a result, Actia Power, which generated revenue of 22 million euros in 2021, is consolidated in Plastic Omnium’s accounts as of Monday. Plastic Omnium announced the conclusion of a takeover agreement last June. The automotive supplier then indicated that Actia Power employees would join Plastic Omnium’s Clean Energy Systems (CES) division, dedicated to energy storage and management systems and solutions.
