Playstation will end the Playstation Plus Collection service on May 9th

Do you know the PlayStation Plus collection? It brings together a set of games (mostly published by Sony) released on PS4, but which the manufacturer has made available for happy “early-adopters” of the PS5. The only condition to benefit from it is therefore to own a PS5 and to subscribe to a PSN subscription formula (Essential, Extra or Premium). If these two conditions are met, you can access certain essential games at no additional cost, such as god of war, The Last Guardian or Detroit: Become Human. If you haven’t added these games to your game library yet, now is the time to think about it. Indeed, Sony has just announced that this service will be discontinued as of May 9, which leaves some time to prepare.

No need to download them to your console

Good news however, it is not necessary to saturate its hard disk, since a simple addition to the library will make it possible to download them in the future, even after the fateful date of May 9, as long as the Essential subscription, Extra or Premium is still active.

It would be silly not to take advantage of it, because this famous collection still contains some great nuggets, as you can see by consulting the list below.
