How do you reheat polenta without it becoming dry?

Perhaps you accidentally poured a little too much polenta into your pan and you now find yourself with an astronomical quantity, much more than you need to prepare your gratin. Don’t panic, it’s entirely possible to preserve the polenta. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate it. In this way, you can keep it for two days. When the desire to taste it again arises, be careful, there is a little tip not to miss so that it does not become dry. To reheat your polenta, we advise you to do so in a saucepan and with a little milk. Mix everything over low heat for a few minutes. And if you have a sweet tooth, add a small knob of butter.
