How to reheat potato gratin from the day before?

Potato gratin can be eaten alone or accompanied. When you cook a delicious roast chicken or leg of lamb, gratin dauphinois is a favorite accompaniment. The meat goes perfectly with the potatoes and it’s a nice change from mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables. If out of fear of missing out, you have had a meal that is far too hearty, you will surely have gratin dauphinois left over. Keep it cool in cling film and when you want to taste it again, we advise you to reheat it for 25 minutes in the oven at 150°C. Don’t forget to cover it with a sheet of baking paper. This low temperature ensures that your gratin is not recooked and therefore does not dry out.
