How do you keep the tortilla from sticking to the bottom of the pan? The very stupid trick

When we prepare a potato omelette, otherwise called a tortilla in its country of origin, Spain, we only have one fear: that it will stick to the bottom of our pan. When this happens, it’s very annoying, because you know you’re going to have to scrub your utensil for many minutes. To avoid this unfortunate situation, there is a simple trick. To prevent your tortilla from sticking, cut out a disc of parchment paper the size of your pan and place it in your pan before cooking the tortilla. This way, your stove will be intact!
