(CercleFinance.com) – Precia Molen announces that its management board decided, on April 19, to submit to the general meeting of June 26, a plan to transfer the listing of its securities from the regulated market Euronext Paris (compartment B) to Euronext GrowthParis.
This project aims to allow the manufacturer of weighing instruments to reduce certain operating constraints specific to the Euronext Paris market, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets.
This direct listing will be carried out through an accelerated procedure for the admission to trading of existing shares, without issuing new shares. Listing on Euronext Growth Paris would take place no earlier than August 26.
