The polemicist, cantor of assimilation, intends to make the synthesis between the popular electorate of Marine Le Pen and that more affluent of Valérie Pécresse. The polls place him neck and neck with the two candidates, behind Emmanuel Macron. But the former CNews columnist, whose name often comes up in court, is struggling to collect the 500 signatures from elected officials needed to stand in the presidential election.
