Qwamplify noted a defect in the presentation of the consolidated balance sheet for its 2022 financial year, not affecting the income statement.
This resulted in a decrease in the consolidated balance sheet total of €869,537, resulting in an amount of €65,739,781 after rectification.
In addition, the information given in the appendix to the consolidated financial statements closed on 09/30/2022 in paragraph “2.4 Cash” has been modified as follows:
Increase in the amount of own operating cash by €1,952,369, from €5,286,524 to €7,238,893, after reassignment of the customer accounts concerned.
Finally, the group management report has been amended accordingly and now mentions cash net of financial debt of €2.6 million instead of €0.6 million.
