“Eurovision Song Contest 2024”: The singer Isaak represents Germany in Malmö.

The final of the “Eurovision Song Contest 2024” (Das Erste) will take place in Malmö. Detective Wilsberg’s (ZDF) buddy Ekki comes under suspicion of murder. In addition, the chief’s daughter “Moana” (Sat.1) has to prevent famine on the island of Motunui.
8:15 p.m., Das Erste, ESC – The Countdown, music competition
This year too, spectators can choose from Germany, Austria and Switzerland get in the mood for the ESC final together and let it end together. The ESC party takes place against a maritime backdrop directly on the Öresund. Barbara Schöneberger welcomes former ESC participants as well as prominent ESC fans from the three countries to the shows.
9:00 p.m., Das Erste, ESC – The final from Malmö, music competition
The 68th Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Malmö, Sweden, because last year the singer Loreen won for Sweden in Liverpool. The participant for Germany is Isaak with the song “Always On The Run”. He was able to unite the audience and an international jury behind him in the German ESC final on February 16th.
8:15 p.m., ZDF, Wilsberg: data leak, crime thriller
A dead IT technician on Lake Aasee puts Ekki Talkötter (Oliver Korittke) in trouble. Ekki had previously clashed with Ralph Fechner (Mirco Kreibich) in the office. Now private detective Georg Wilsberg (Leonard Lansink) is supposed to prove Ekki’s innocence. On behalf of his boss, Ekki is currently overseeing a software change in the tax office, much to the annoyance of his colleague Nora Blum (Friederike Linke), who had also applied for it. Fechner’s death was preceded by a server failure and the loss of money.
8:15 p.m., Sat.1, Moana, digital trick adventure
Many years ago, the tribal descendants of the Polynesian island of Motunui set sail to explore the vastness of the ocean. But nothing of this daring can be seen today. Moana, the fearless daughter of the tribe chief who has had a special connection to the ocean since childhood, wants to change this. Determined, she sets sail and sets off on an adventurous journey, during which she meets the haughty demigod Maui.
8:15 p.m., VOX, The Zookeeper, comedy
Zookeeper Griffin Keyes (Kevin James) is a friendly fellow who loves his work at the Franklin Park Zoo. He likes animals, but unfortunately has no luck with women. He decides to change careers and look for a job that is more highly regarded by the female gender. This in turn alarms the zoo’s animals, who definitely don’t want to lose their caring keeper. They break their vow of silence and reveal to him that they can speak. With tips for a successful courtship, they want to teach their beloved keeper how to win a woman’s heart.
