In “Guidos Wedding Race” (VOX) three couples play for a dream wedding. The giant lizard Godzilla meets iconic opponents in “King of the Monsters” (ProSieben). In “Nachtschicht: Ladies First” (ZDFneo), a murderer aims at comedians.
8:15 p.m., VOX, Guidos Wedding Race, Show
Under the motto “On the love! Ready! Go!” Maria (30) and Stephan (37), Nathalie (29) and Ramon (30) as well as Kim (25) and Lorena (28) fight for their dream wedding on a road trip. They are guided by Guido Maria Kretschmer. The couples have to cope with tasks in which they can play stanzas of a love poem. Whoever recites the poem without errors wins the dream wedding with Guido as the wedding speaker!
8:15 p.m., ProSieben, Godzilla II: King of the Monsters, Action
The eco-terrorist Alan Jonah (Charles Dance) wants to unleash the titans on earth and therefore kidnaps the scientist Dr. Emma Russell (Vera Farmiga), who created a system to communicate with the primeval monsters. When the three-headed dragon King Ghidorah is released in Antarctica, Godzilla appears to fight his archenemy.
8:15 p.m., ZDF, Ella Schön: family ties, family drama
Ella’s (Annette Frier) life is more calm again when Jannis (Josef Heynert) returns from Greece with all-changing news. There he fell in love with a distant acquaintance. The time together has not remained without consequences: Jannis is going to be a father! Dutifully as he is, he wants to part with Ella so that he can be with the new family. At the same time, Ella had her tick largely under control and looked more solid again.
8:15 p.m., ZDFneo, night shift: Ladies First, crime thriller
A spectacular car accident happens on a cold winter night. In the ditch hangs the brand new sports car from Jacky Herbst (Jürgen Vogel), a successful entertainer and comedian, a pseudo-feminist macho. The other car involved in the accident is a 20-year-old small car owned by Emma Graf (Nora von Waldstätten), a single mother. When Chief Inspector Erichsen (Armin Rohde) and his colleague Kruse (Christoph Letkowski) arrive, Herbst drops a bomb: he claims they were shot at. He saw the sniper up on the bridge. An exaggerated joke by the crazy comedian?
8:15 p.m., RTL, Fifty Shades of Gray – Secret Desire, erotic drama
Student Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) is said to be interviewing 27-year-old billionaire Christian Gray (Jamie Dornan) for the university newspaper. Gray appears so arrogant and suggestive that the young woman feels completely taken by surprise. However, her impulse to flee soon gives way to a secret fascination from which she cannot escape. Inescapably, Anastasia is drawn into Grey’s spell, which opens up a hitherto undreamed-of world to her.
