“The Savior – We Are Lawyers” in the first

The lawyer “Heiland” (Das Erste) helps a rebellious 17-year-old who is suspected of murder. The greedy cat “Garfield” (kabel eins) wants to get rid of an annoying dog. In “Die Toten vom Bodensee” (ZDFneo), a childish test of courage ends differently than expected.

8:15 p.m., The First, Die Heiland – We Are Lawyers: Rebel Child, Lawyer Series

Christian Riehm (Peter Becker), the pastor of a parish, is shot at with a paintball gun in front of his church in the middle-class district of Steglitz. Shortly thereafter, he falls victim to an insidious attack by post: someone sent him ricin, a plant poison. The pastor is in the hospital with serious injuries. The poison attack – attempted murder – is accused of 17-year-old Natti Hendricks (Luzia Oppermann). Romy (Christina Athenstädt) takes over her mandatory defense.

8:15 p.m., 3Sat, traces of evil – anger, thriller

Manfred Reiser (Tobias Moretti) probably murdered his own son in a settlement and seriously injured a police officer who wanted to arrest him. He then calls Richard Brock, but does not reach him at first. Richard Brock (Heino Ferch) is called to the crime scene by the head of the department, Gerhard Mesek (Juergen Maurer). In the settlement, where only police officers live, he learns that Reiser, himself a former police officer, fled armed. A large contingent is chasing him. Richard doesn’t know Reiser. So why was he trying to call him, Brock?

8:15 p.m., kabel eins, Garfield, comedy

Garfield the cat loves to laze about while eating his lasagna and watching TV. When his owner Jon (Breckin Meyer) adopts the dog Odie after a visit to the vet, the cat doesn’t like it at all. Through a ruse, the jealous Garfield manages to get rid of him. But plagued by his conscience, he does everything to bring him back home safely.

8:15 p.m., WDR, crime scene: The busy Lieschen, thriller

The Saarbrücken commissioners Leo Holz (Vladimir Burlakov) and Adam Schürk (Daniel Sträßer) find themselves in the midst of a completely hostile family of industrialists, in which everyone hates everyone else. The younger of two brothers who was supposed to take over the family business was murdered. It quickly becomes clear that the background that led to the murder goes far back into the past. The father of the two brothers died under mysterious circumstances. During the Second World War, the company – like so many at the time – employed forced labourers.

8:15 p.m., ZDFneo, The Dead from Lake Constance – Der Wegspuk, crime thriller

What begins as a test of courage turns into a moment of terror for three children from a nearby holiday camp. They secretly enter a villa that has been uninhabited for years. They want to convince themselves that it is really haunted there. But instead of encountering ghosts, they witness the fight between Jakob Stocking (Robert Finster) and the building contractor Ingo Hauer (Robert Lutz), in which the latter is stabbed to death. Determine Micha Oberländer (Matthias Koeberlin) and Hannah Zeiler (Nora Waldstätten).
