In the “Usedom crime thriller” (Das Erste), the investigation into a dead refugee girl is making progress. The “Mountain Rescuers” (ZDF) have to deploy after a serious motorcycle accident and in the “1% Quiz” (Sat.1) Jörg Pilawa tests the Germans’ knowledge.

8:15 p.m., The First, The Usedom Crime: Tugboat, Crime

As Inspector Rainer Witt (Till Firit) from his aunt’s car accident Karin Lossow (Katrin Sass) finds out on the Polish side of Usedom, he manages to navigate the rescue workers to her just in time. The investigation into the case of the dead refugee girl Amira Bashmani is finally making progress thanks to Karin’s witness statements, but after the murder of the smuggler Grzegorz Kuchar (Andrzej Konopka), who is responsible for the girl’s death, the police are left with more questions than they have answers. Because not only Kuchar is dead, but also his two murderers, the trafficker Sascha Leskow (Adam Kupaj) and his Uzbek accomplice Shakir Adullayev (Kazim Demirbas).

Xaver Ritt’s (Joscha Kiefer) life seems perfect: the family business’s anniversary celebration with a fashion show is coming up, and his wife Theresa is finally expecting their first child after many unsuccessful attempts. Full of euphoria, Xaver spontaneously asks his brother Lukas (Aaron Karl) if he would like to become his godfather. Taken by surprise, he agrees, but he is anything but comfortable with it. Because: He is the biological father of the child. In his thoughts, Lukas loses control of his motorcycle as he tries to avoid a falling rock and crashes into a guardrail. He and his passenger Isabell (Heidi Klum), the event manager of the planned fashion show, fall down the slope.
