One day, the orphan boy Billy (Asher Angel) meets a magician who gives him mysterious powers. Once the teenager “SHAZAM!” calls, he transforms into an adult superhero (Zachary Levi). Together with his friend Freddy (Jack Dylan Grazer), he tries out his newfound skills. What begins as harmless fun ends in deadly seriousness when the villain Dr. Sivana (Mark Strong) appears on the scene.

8:15 p.m., ZDF, Wilsberg – genes don’t lie, thriller

The Münster police want to modernize and are considering including genetic genealogical research in investigations. Overbeck’s (Roland Jankowsky) hour seems to have come. Criminal Counselor Schaaf (Rainer Laupichler) hands over the management of this newly established task force to him. Overbeck first tackles the ten-year-old case of the murdered Nadja Hesselmeier. Thanks to the genetic database of the genealogy institute, he soon comes across a relative of the perpetrator who shares almost 25 percent of his genes: Ekki (Oliver Korittke).

One day the fisherman Spyros finds a little boy who was abandoned in a coffin at sea with his dead mother. He takes the boy in and names him Perseus (Sam Worthington). Years later, Perseus watches as soldiers from the city of Argos destroy a statue of Zeus, the father of the gods, to demonstrate their anger at the world of the gods. Hades (Ralph Fiennes), god of the underworld, is sent to punish the soldiers for their defiance. But Hades’ anger is directed against the ship that Perseus’ family is on.
