8:15 p.m., ZDF, Wilsberg – anger and manslaughter, crime thriller

The publisher Carsten Wenkler (Thomas Jansen) was murdered, and this calls private detective Georg Wilsberg (Leonard Lansink) onto the scene. Wilsberg notes that Wenkler didn’t just find friends with his publications. Wenkler and his business partner Ralf Bemmel (Oscar Ortega Sánchez) recently came under fire for a women’s magazine. Tessa Tilker, the publisher’s lawyer, has a lot to do while Ekki (Oliver Korittke) checks a colleague’s tax files and comes across discrepancies.

After 24 years of marriage, interior designer Anja (Andrea Sawatzki) and civil engineer Christoph (Christian Berkel) have decided to divorce peacefully. They hire a joint lawyer to smoothly regulate the financial situation, gains and distribution. But in practice, unexpected tensions arise: Christoph sees the house and wealth as a reward for his hard work, while Anja sees her unpaid work in the household as not being sufficiently appreciated. A dirty battle begins.

In 2035, robots are part of everyday life in Chicago. Normally, these artificial creatures are programmed to pose no threat to humans. But then the chief developer of the largest robot manufacturer is murdered. Detective Del Spooner (Will Smith), assigned to the case, confirms his distrust of the machines. But he quickly comes across another, much more dangerous threat.

9:45 p.m., ZDF, A strong team: Get well soon, crime thriller

The physician Dr. Susanne Oppermann (Klara Höfels) is found dead in her practice, the victim of a violent crime. The “strong team” begins the investigation. The doctor’s computer has disappeared, the medicine cabinet and the cabinet with patient files have been broken into. Did a junkie want to gain access or did a former patient want revenge for a medical error? Otto (Florian Martens) and Linett (Stefanie Stappenbeck) are looking for clues.

Police officer Frank Koops (Aljoscha Stadelmann) knows from his own experience that there isn’t much to gain from the tranquil Harz bank in St. Andreasberg because he was just refused a loan. Ironically, Simone Schmidt (Julia Koschitz), who has just been released from prison, plans to rob this very branch with her two accomplices – and Koops is forced to join in. He has no other choice because Simone, with whom he has already come into conflict, has his colleague Mette (Anna Fischer) under her control.
