Primonial REIM (Holding) announced the appointment of Stphane Marguier, who joined the company on January 10, 2022, as Head of International Business Development. Stphane Marguier reports directly to the Managing Director of Primonial REIM, Juergen Fenk, and is based in Paris. He will lead and oversee the international business development of Primonial REIM, while cultivating privileged relationships with institutional investors in order to accelerate the growth of the company.
Stphane Marguier has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, as Senior Managing Director. His previous professional experiences include management positions at Natixis Asset Management, GE Capital, TIAA-NUVEEN. Over the past 15 years, he has been particularly active in the development of real assets.
