According to the opposing party’s lawyer, if Prince Andrew is to be heard, it will be “uncomfortable”. He wants to question him for two days.

It could soon become uncomfortable for Prince Andrew (61). As Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s (38) lawyer explained to the “Mail on Sunday”.he is planning a two-day survey of the royals in London.

David Boies (80), one of the most renowned lawyers in the USA, also indicated that he would question him under oath and explained that the questioning could be “a little uncomfortable” for the Duke of York. Boies also promised a financial settlement.

Giuffre claims she was coerced into sex with Andrew three times by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (1953-2019). At that time she was only 17 years old. Giuffre is demanding damages in the civil lawsuit in the USA, the amount of which is not known.

Prince Andrew denies all allegations

Prince Andrew has vehemently denied all allegations and has repeatedly denied even knowing Giuffre. However, testimonies and pictures should prove the opposite. Boies expects the hearing to take place in London later this year. In an interview with the “Daily Telegraph” said the lawyerthat he wasn’t looking for a confrontation with Andrew, but that he wanted to ask him a few questions.

He wanted to be “respectful” and “not aggressive or offensive” to the royal. He also indicated that testimony from Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, 62, or his daughters, Princess Beatrice, 33, and Princess Eugenie, 31, would probably not be needed.
