A first photo of the new TV film “Escape from the Palace” reveals for the first time which actors are the two royal dropouts Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan in front of the camera.
In honor of their third wedding anniversary, a first photo of the new film “Escape from the Palace” has been released by the production company. The film, which will tell the dramatic exit of Prince Harry, 36, and Duchess Meghan, 39, from their lives as royals, promises royal fans rare glimpses behind the scenes of the turbulent Megxit. The film reveals what was really going on in the palace at this turbulent time and led to Harry and Meghan’s decision to leave their lives as royals in England behind to build a new future in the United States with son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, 2.

For a long time it was puzzled about the possible actors who could credibly embody the two dropout royals in the new TV production, now it’s out: Broadway actor Jordan Dean, 32, will play the role of Prince Harry while an actress and blogger Sydney Morton, 37, who landed the role of Duchess Meghan.
“Escape from the Palace” takes a look behind the scenes at the Megxit
The film is intended to show Meghan’s growing isolation, sadness and disappointment that “the company” did not defend her against attacks by the press. Also, Harry’s fear that history would repeat itself and that he could not protect his wife and son from the same forces that may have contributed to the early death of his mother, Princess Diana, † 36.
Filming for Escape From the Palace began this week in Vancouver, Canada. The film should be released this fall.
