Prince Harry: He is said to “attack” Duchess Camilla in his memoirs

It’s no secret that Prince Harry and his father have a broken relationship. But the Duke of Sussex is also said to have a grudge against his stepmother and therefore attacked Duchess Camilla in his memoirs.

Since stepping down as senior royal, Prince Harry, 37, has spoken publicly about his family on a number of occasions, including alleging that he suffered from being raised by Prince Charles, 73. He was also never able to accept his new stepmother, Duchess Camilla, 74, as royal expert Tina Brown now reveals in her book “The Palace Papers: The Windsors, Power and Truth”. Prince Harry is said to “attack” Camilla and Charles in his memoirs – risking an even greater rift.

Prince Harry: He ‘can’t stand’ Duchess Camilla

Prince Charles’ years-long affair with his childhood sweetheart Camilla apparently not only hurt his then-wife Princess Diana, † 36, but also her youngest son. Because Harry doesn’t seem to be able to forgive his father and has never had any sympathy for Camilla.

Diana’s biographer Tina Brown now gives the first insights into her new book “The Palace Papers”, which will be published on April 26, 2022, in an interview with “The Telegraph”. In it, the journalist and royal expert writes that Prince Harry “can’t stand” Camilla. A palace insider told her the Duke of Sussex has always avoided being in a room with his stepmother. When it came to that, he said nothing and gave Camilla an evil look.

While Prince William, 39, has come to terms with his father’s relationship, Harry is also “very angry” that the Duchess of Cornwall will become Queen Consort after Charles’ accession to the throne. “He hasn’t come to terms with it yet and probably never will,” Brown said.

Attack also Charles and Camilla will exacerbate rift

That’s why the author thinks it’s very likely that Duchess Meghan’s husband, 40, will “attack” Camilla in his memoirs, which are expected to appear in late 2022: “Harry won’t attack the Queen, she’s untouchable. And he probably will He won’t go after Kate, either, who he’s very fond of. But he’ll be after Charles and Camilla, and maybe William.”

After Prince Harry made numerous allegations against the British royal family during the Oprah interview, the rift between him and his family widened enormously. But not only Papa Charles was angry, his brother Prince William is said to have gone against the grain of Harry’s claims. Should the 37-year-old actually fire again at Charles and now Camilla in his memoirs, it is hard to imagine how “angry” this would make William, according to Brown.
