Prince Philip spent a second night in a London clinic. His admission was a precaution, according to Buckingham Palace.
Prince Philip (99) spent the second night in the King Edward VII Hospital in London and is currently preparing for the third day in the clinic, as the "Daily Mail" reports. After feeling uncomfortable at Windsor Castle, he was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday evening. Buckingham Palace announced this on Wednesday. It was said to be a precaution.
Prince Philip and his wife, Queen Elizabeth II (94), have retired to the Windsor property because of the corona pandemic. In January of this year they had received a vaccination against Covid-19. The queen turns 95 in April and her husband 100 in June.
