Strengthening bilateral relations

William is making the trip on behalf of his father King Charles, 75. The British royal family has had relations with Kuwait for many years, and the 16th Emir has paid three visits to Great Britain this year. Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah was present at Charles’ coronation in May, as a guest of the government in August and traveled to meet the monarch in October, a few weeks before his death. With his current trip to Kuwait, Prince William underlines the importance of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Christmas countdown begins! The royals gather at Sandringham

After his short stay in Kuwait, William will make his way to the royal estate at Sandringham with Kate and his three children. As every year, the Royal Family celebrates Christmas there with a traditional visit to the Christmas service on December 25th in St Mary Magdalene Church.

Former butler reveals the real reason

Former royal butler Grant Harrold explained: “Now that he is the Prince of Wales, he is next in line to the throne, so he will be given more duties and responsibilities, but the King will still carry out the duties that he needs to fulfil .” Harrold has no doubt that Charles will pass on more tasks to the younger royal to get him used to what will be expected of him in the coming years, Express reports. About King Charles, Harrold added that when he took office as king he was significantly older than his mother was at the time and that most royals were more likely to retire at his age. Besides, it is a busy time of year for the family, the King may have other commitments, for example he has to prepare for Sandringham, so it could just be that way.
