Party photo with Nina Flohr and Princess Beatrice surfaced

Hey, who’s partying here? They are Princess Beatrice, 33, and Nina Flohr, 35, the wife of Prince Philippos of Greece, 35. They celebrated their mutual friend and “Vogue” author Alice Naylor-Leyland, 36, in a fine restaurant. On their property, Nina and her loved one said yes to friends and family for the second time at the end of May 2021. Previously, due to the corona pandemic, only an intimate wedding ceremony was possible at the registry office.

The connection between the Swiss entrepreneur and Princess Beatrice will probably surprise one or the other Royal fan, but their friendship is not that far off. Prince Philippos is, among other things, the godson of Princess Diana, † 36, and Prince Philip, † 99. The latter was originally named Prince Philippos of Greece and was born in Corfu in 1921 as the son of Prince Andreas of Greece. It is therefore no wonder that his granddaughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, 32, did not miss the opportunity to take part in Nina and Philippos’ dream church wedding in October 2021.

Grand Duke Henri: Luxembourg royals welcome Ukrainian families

After the Dutch, Danish and Belgian royal families, the royals around Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, 66, are now taking in refugees from Ukraine. This was announced by Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, 49, in a message to the Chamber of Deputies. It states that Henri and his wife Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, 66, “made available property belonging to their private property to provide shelter for Ukrainian refugees”.

Properties that are privately owned by the monarchy include the 11th-century Fischbach Castle, which was purchased by the Luxembourg royals in 1847. It was the private residence of Grand Duke Henri and his family until his accession to the throne in 2000.

Princess Mary has been spotted in Australia

After more than two years of pandemic and associated travel restrictions, Princess Mary, 50, was finally able to fly back to her homeland. The Crown Princess traveled to Australia very privately and without any announcement from the palace, as various media reports unanimously.

Mary was seen in Melbourne, reports the magazine “Billed Bladet”. There she visited a café with her friend and bridesmaid Amber Petty, before the women strolled through some shops in a relaxed manner. As “Herald Sun” writes, the mother of four was extremely casual in summer shoes from Chanel, a simple white blouse and high-cut jeans, which were also white.

Prince Julian takes after his grandfather, King Carl Gustaf

Prince Julian celebrated his first birthday on Saturday March 26, 2022. To mark the occasion, his parents Princess Sofia, 37, and Prince Carl Philip, 42, released two new portraits of Sweden’s youngest prince. So far, everyone has actually agreed that he takes after his pretty mother. But Julian Herbert Folke looks a lot like another family member in the new photos: his grandfather.

If you compare the cute portraits with that of King Carl Gustaf at the tender age of six months, you can easily see the same bright facial expression. The Mini-Royal also seems to have inherited the small snub nose and the mouth from his grandfather. And he’s definitely very proud of it!

King Harald is on sick leave again

On March 22, 2022, the Palace of Norway announced that King Harald, 85, had contracted the coronavirus. Crown Prince Haakon, 48, has taken over his appointments. The Regent was due to resume his duties on March 31, 2022, but just an hour before his first appointment at 10 a.m. – one of four audiences today – the official calendar was changed again.

Instead of the king, Haakon will attend his father’s appointments as Crown Prince Regent: “His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince Regent, will take over the king’s constitutional duties,” quoted the Norwegian newspaper “Dagbladet” from a press release on Thursday morning.

Fortunately, things don’t seem to be going too badly for the king: All other planned appointments are still on Harald’s calendar, and his participation in the Council of State is expected as early as the morning of April 1st.

Queen Margrethe meets friend Princess Beatrix

Queen Margrethe, 81, was also moved after the memorial service in honor of Prince Philip, † 99, yesterday, Tuesday, March 29, when she left Westminster Abbey with the other royal guests. At the same time, the Danish monarch had a reason to be happy that she found difficult to keep to herself.

When the official part came to an end, Queen Margrethe purposefully approached a very specific person: Princess Beatrix, 84, – who was accompanied by her son Queen Willem-Alexander, 54, and her daughter-in-law Queen Máxima, 50. The reigning Queen of Denmark and the former Queen of the Netherlands were finally able to meet again after a long time. The two have known each other since childhood and are closely connected. Above all, the fact that they would one day rule a country brought the girls together back then. A friendship for life developed.

Princess Madeleine went to the dogs! From now on she cuddles with “Teddy”

Princess Madeleine, 39, announces good news on her Instagram channel: The daughter of King Carl Gustaf, 75, and Queen Silvia, 78, can look forward to a new roommate in their home in Florida. “I haven’t really introduced you to our newest family member, Teddy!”, She writes about a portrait of an enchanting furry friend who poses quite stylishly in front of the camera. From now on, the well-styled four-legged friend mixes up the lives of Madeleine, husband Christopher O’Neill, 47, and their children.

“Teddy is a real teddy bear who gives us all a lot of cuddles and love,” enthuses the new royal dog owner and you can vividly imagine her children Princess Leonore, 8, Prince Nicolas, 6, and Princess Adrienne, 4, hugging each other space in the heart of the fluffy four-legged friend will fight in the future. However, her mother could probably win the race when courting little Teddy. As fond of her newcomer as she seems, she will probably rarely let him out of her hands.

Prince Daniel cancels: That’s why Victoria has to go to the city anniversary alone

In December, Prince Daniel had to cancel his participation in the Swedish Academy celebrations at short notice due to a “slight cold”. Now Crown Princess Victoria appears alone again for an appointment that the couple had probably been looking forward to for a long time. But his health put a spanner in the works for him this Tuesday.

Actually, he should have traveled with his loved one to the city of Norrtälje, which is celebrating its 400th anniversary on this day. However, nothing came of it. The website of the anniversary city states: “Prince Daniel unfortunately caught a cold today, March 29, and will not be present.” Hofinformationschefin Margareta Thorgren confirms the sad news to the Swedish magazine “Svensk Damtidning”. “The prince has a cold. He was already ill yesterday and was hoping that he would be better. But out of respect for those he will meet, the prince decided to stay at home and recover,” she explained on Tuesday morning and added: “Prince Oscar is also ill.” According to the plan, the crown princess will give her speech at 4 p.m. without the support of her husband. Further program items are planned but not yet published.

It was originally intended that Queen Silvia, 78, and King Carl Gustaf, 75, would attend the appointment. However, they canceled because of their participation in today’s memorial service for Prince Philip, † 99, in London.

Princess Sofia: Incomplete family photo! Where was Prince Carl Philip?

Guessing about Prince Carl Philip, 42: While his wife Princess Sofia, 37, posed for a family photo with King Carl Gustaf, 75, Queen Silvia, 78, Princess Victoria, 44, and Prince Daniel, 48, on March 25, 2022, the royal shone with absence. The Bernadottes gathered for an appointment that was close to their hearts: “Child protection cannot wait!” was the urgent topic of the meeting of child protection organizations and the royal family in the library of the Royal Palace in Stockholm. Both Carl Gustaf and Silvia both gave speeches.

The absence of Carl Philip in view of the concentrated family presence was immediately apparent. The statement was later made by Margareta Thorgren, head of information for the royal family: “Prince Carl Philip had to stay at home because of a sick child,” quoted the magazine “Svensk Damtidning”. Since both parents – Carl Philip and Sofia – look after the children Prince Alexander, 5, Prince Gabriel, 4, and Prince Julian, 1, on an equal footing, in such a case they look at what the best solution is. After the seminar in the castle, Princess Sofia also had the exam ceremony of the College of Sophia Hemmtes on the plan, it was she who carried out the official duties on this day.
