At "Princess Charming" in 2021 a lesbian woman will go in search of great love. A bisexual format was originally planned.
"Prince Charming" is followed by "Princess Charming": In the new dating show, a lesbian woman searches for love. TVNow originally announced a bisexual lady and a mix of male and female candidates for the format. At the popular request of viewers and applicants, the program was redesigned, as the streaming service announced on Friday. This makes "Princess Charming" the first lesbian dating show on TVNow.
So the audience can look forward to an all-women group. The auditions are already in full swing, but interested parties still have the opportunity to apply. The lesbian edition is slated to be produced by Seapoint Productions in 2021. It is not yet known when the program will run on TVNow.
"Princess Charming" is an offshoot of the successful gay dating show "Prince Charming", which in 2019 even won a Grimme Prize. The second season with Alexander Schäfer (39) has been running on free TV on VOX and on TVNow since October.
